Hi. It is getting cold and we are reaching the end of the year. These days, I'm really interested in backpacking. You know, what is important is to try, so I am planning to go packpacking in America during the next spring vacation. Doesn't it sound great?
Some problems can be expected, though. The biggest problem is money. I'll need some money for food, transportation (air plane for America and that for Japan), accommodation fee and extra in case of emergency. That must be huge amount and I don't know whether I can afford all of them (I don't want to ask for my parents' help). Though I've set aside some money, it's not good that I use much of it.
Another problem is about time. I want to consider this interesting trip and plan it well, but time is limited because I want to start it eralier. There would be littele time to consider. Fortunately, university students can secure a long spring vacation, I can easily shorten or legthen the trip unless I use all money I have.
I realy want to go, and need some information. About backpacking and America. If you have some, please give me some advice.
I think your idea is sooo intersting and I hope you to fulfill your idea!! I don't have any knowledge about packpacking, however, how about asking about that to staff in international interaction center in AGU?
